In four decades,
what blossomed

In 1984, Francisco and Daniela Grabowsky acquired the area where Passeio Cultural Primavera now stands, in the north of the island of Florianópolis.

Before the development, the land was already known for its natural exuberance and the striking presence of the ipê trees, the signature trees of the property. The family always believed the place could go beyond a simple address — and so the concept of a space that combines nature, architecture and culture was born.

Passeio Cultural Primavera is an invitation to a sensitive experience: a garden, a theater, a gallery, a mezzanine and a workshop where nature and work meet to open conversations about creation, memory and community life.

Passeio Cultural Primavera is the result of a partnership with Instituto Pedra Branca, an organization that works to preserve the environment and foster the cultural development of the region.

The collaboration between the two initiatives reinforces Passeio's commitment to sustainability and to the appreciation of local culture, bringing art and environment together in every project.

A place where
art and nature meet

Passeio Cultural Primavera was born from the meeting between the sensibility of preserving nature and the desire to share culture. In every corner, the landscape of the ipês engages in dialogue with works of art, creating a unique experience.

More than an exhibition space, we are a meeting point between artists, visitors and nature.

Here, exhibitions, concerts, workshops and experiences intertwine to propose new ways of being, looking and listening.

The Gallery

Located on the 7th floor of the Primavera Office building at Passeio Primavera, A.Galeria occupies a 300-square-meter rooftop space overlooking the North Bay. It hosts three to four exhibitions annually centered on the themes of culture and nature, featuring nationally and internationally renowned artists. In addition to exhibitions, the gallery hosts concerts, lectures, and immersive events, and maintains an educational program that welcomes school groups of all ages.

Located at ACATE, O.Teatro is a versatile space with excellent acoustics, ideal for musical performances, plays, and a variety of cultural events. With its adaptable layout, it reinforces Passeio Cultural’s commitment to championing the arts and contemporary creative work.

O.Jardim is an open-air museum that integrates sculptures into the natural setting of Passeio Primavera. Featuring works by artists such as Franz Weissmann, Iole de Freitas, and Laura Vinci, the space highlights a diversity of materials and forms, offering the public an artistic journey amidst the greenery and architecture of the site.

Located above the Primavera Garden Center, O.Mezanino is a multi-purpose space that hosts social and cultural events, such as workshops, lectures, dinners, and celebrations. With a complete infrastructure and its own kitchen, it supports the Passeio Cultural program and adapts to various types of gatherings.

Focused on artistic experimentation, A.Oficina invites the public to create, explore materials, and develop collective projects. Through activities involving painting, sculpture, and modeling, the space fosters engagement with art history, sustainability, and citizenship in a hands-on, accessible way.
